Overview of GOL Global Leadership Programs
GOL Global Leadership Programs
Mixed Leadership Development Program
Duration: 12-month program. Minimum 6-months.
Participants: 10 – 15 employees
Format: in-person and/or virtual
Topics: selected together with clients as part of their talent optimization goals, the leadership level and needs of participants.
Women Leadership Development Program
Duration: 12-month program. Minimum 6-months.
Participants: 10 – 15 women employees
Format: in-person and/or virtual
Topics: selected together with clients as part of their talent optimization goals, the leadership level and needs of the female participants.
Leadership Online Sprint
Duration: 6 weeks. Can be extended if learning outcomes require.
Participants: Minimum 20. Maximum 100.
Format: virtual, leveraging micro-learning methodologies and daily activity nudging.
Sprint topics: are designed to enable participants to rapidly learn to shift their mindsets, learn new behaviors and new soft skills in a short timeframe.
Leadership Development Workshops
Duration: 3-4 hours with practical exercises, role play.
Participants: 15-20 mid- to high-level leaders to optimize interaction. This number can be increased following alignment on desired outcomes, scope and deliverables.
Format: in-person and/or virtual.
Topics: are selected by clients as part of their talent optimization strategy.
1-on-1 Executive Leadership Coaching
Duration: 12-months and 6-months
Participants: one leader per one-hour session
Format: in-person and virtual
Topics: coaching topics and goals are driven by the coachee in alignment with their manager.
